Abstract:
To provide a compound having an excellent effect of inhibiting tumor proliferation and an excellent analgesic action.
A peptide compound is represented by formula (I): X-L-Y (wherein, X is a peptide residue having a function for promoting cell membrane permeability; L is a linker or peptide bond; Y has a function for inhibiting the tyrosine kinase activity of TrkA and is a peptide residue having 15 amino acid length or less containing the partial sequence of a specific amino acid sequence) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. A tumor-treating agent contains the peptide compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. A pain-treating agent contains the peptide compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
