PURPOSE: To reduce leakage magnetic flux from the gap between a yoke and a permanent magnet to improve the efficiency of a motor by utilizing a bonding agent mixed with a magnetic powder.

CONSTITUTION: In a rotor of an outer rotor type permanent magnet type motor, an annular permanent magnet 2 is fixed at the internal circumference of a cylinder 1a with a bonding agent 3a mixed with magnetic powder. When the bonding agent 3a mixed with the magnetic powder is used, the permeability of the bonding agent 3a becomes high and the magnetic reluctance becomes small. Therefore, leakage magnetic flux from the gap between the cylinder 1a of the rotor yoke 1 and annular permanent magnet 2 is reduced, improving the efficiency of the motor.
