PURPOSE:To obtain high class and retrospective tone antique personal ornaments by forming underplated layer, Ni plated layer having specified relative reflectance ratio and noble metal layer and additionally top layer on to the substrate and forming fine spotted pattern on to the surface. CONSTITUTION:The under plated layer 2 is plated on the substrate 1 and coated with Ni plated layer 5 by using plating bath adjusted with about half amount use of brighter to posses 3-9 relative reflectance ratio of the surface. Then, noble metal layer 4 selected from Au(alloy),Pd(alloy) and Rh are plated and additionally top coat layer 5 is formed by plating a film formation selected from Rr, black Cr, Sn(alloy) black Ni or ion plating film formation of black color, grey color, etc. The fine spotted pattern is formed on to the above- mentioned plated layer 4 and top layer 5 by mechanical or manual means.
