To obtain a PET film laminate metal plate having excellent matte external appearance, moldability and stain resistance.
In the PET laminated metal plate obtained by sequentially laminating a colored resin layer, an adhesive layer and a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate resin film on a surface of the metal plate, a center line mean surface roughness of a surface not brought into contact with the adhesive layer of the biaxially oriented film is formed to be 0.05 to 0.5 μm. The PET film may contain one or more types of pigment such as a titanium oxide, alumina or silica in the film. A surface not brought into contact with the adhesive layer may be sandblasted. A surface brought into contact with the adhesive layer of the PET film may be provided with a printing ink layer.
