PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase conjugate light generation element that is used in a phase conjugate light generation device, and allows a device structure of the phase conjugate light generation device to be simple and downsized, and to provide the phase conjugate light generation device that employing the phase conjugate light generation element.SOLUTION: A phase conjugate light generation element 100 is the phase conjugate light generation element that generates phase conjugate light on the basis of excitation light and signal light which are input to an optical waveguide core, in which the optical waveguide core 135 is formed using a non-linear material substrate 130 having a non-linear medium added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
