To provide a photocurable moistureproof insulating coating which forms a coating capable of short-time processing and excellent in flexibility, moisture resistance and reinforcement, and to provide a method for producing a moistureproof insulated electronic component comprising applying and curing the coating.
The photocurable moistureproof insulating coating comprises (A) a photocurable terminal acryloxy-polybutadiene or a terminal methacryloxy-polybutadiene having a number average molecular weight of 300-10,000; (B) a photopolymerization initiator; and (C) γ-acryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. There is provided a method for producing a moistureproof insulated electronic component comprising applying the photocurable moistureproof insulating material to an electronic component and curing the coating.
