Abstract:
To provide technology for accurately acquiring a photograph position stuck onto a paper sheet without displacement.
When this ID card creation device 1 reads a photograph stuck onto the paper sheet, the ID card creation device 1 projects side shadows corresponding to sides along the sides adjacent to each other of the photograph by infrared irradiation from an infrared illumination lamp 58, images the side shadows by an infrared camera 59, distinguishes the imaged side shadows, and detects edges of the photograph.
