To provide a photopolymerization initiator, a method for generating a radical, a photopolymerizable composition permitting writing by light corresponding to an output of 400-550 nm and formation of an image of good sensitivity, a photosensitive material for manufacturing a planographic printing plate exhibiting high sensitivity and excellent preservation stability obtained using the same, and a method for manufacturing a planographic printing plate permitting to obtain printed matter exhibiting high sensitivity and excellent preservation stability.
The photopolymerization initiator comprises a radical generator and a specific sensitizing dye.
