Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive paste excellent in dispersion stability of a filler and to provide a member for a display having partition walls formed by good patterning by photolithography and excellent in display characteristics such as chromaticity, luminance and contrast.
The photosensitive paste has 0.1-150×10-4 S/m electric conductivity or 0.001-500 ppm chlorine ion concentration. The member for a display has partition walls formed using the photosensitive paste by photolithography.
