Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation module in which the degree of deterioration of a solar cell panel can be detected, and the panel can be repaired or replaced before reaching a critical failure.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation module includes an output terminal box for taking out the power generation output of a solar cell panel, a backflow prevention diode inserted into the output line of the output terminal box, and an impedance measurement device of the solar cell panel. The impedance measurement device includes a signal generation unit for superimposing a micro signal of variable frequency to the output line, a high frequency signal detection unit provided in the output line and detecting a high frequency signal, and an impedance calculation unit for calculating the high frequency characteristics of impedance of the solar cell panel from the high frequency signal thus detected.
