Abstract:
PURPOSE:To satisfy with small capacity of a memory means by the thinning ratio of picture information by storing the picture information of a thinned condition in the memory means and executing an interpolation processing. CONSTITUTION:A memory means 44 to store transmitted picture information once and an interpolation means 50 to interpolate the picture information of a picture element, which is not transmitted, with the picture information of the transmitted picture element to the picture information stored in the memory means 44 are provided. Since the transmitted picture information is stored in the memory means 44, it is satisfied with the memory capacity of the memory means for a portion equivalent to a thinning ratio on transmitting compared with the case of arranging the memory means 44 after interpolation-processing, and the picture information transmitting system of a low cost can be obtained.
