Abstract:
PURPOSE:To compensate the offset generated at a tuning execution time by adding an integral manipulated variable of PID control to sensitivity set of the threshold sensitivity method as a compensating value of the offset when the threshold sensitivity method is executed. CONSTITUTION:First, a set value and a set time are written by a key input part 2. When the operation is started, detected temperature data is read into a RAM9 from a temperature detecting part 5 through a control part 6. Next, a manipulated variable M is set to 100%, and a controlled system 4 is controlled to perform a heating operation, and a wasteful time and a response speed are calculated, and a proportional gain in the threshold sensitivity method is calculated on a basis of them. The offset compensating value determined by an integral quantity is added to perform the proportional control of the controlled system 4, and a threshold oscillation is detected, and the oscillation period is measured to obtain a PID constant if oscillation is detected.
