PURPOSE: To cut a thin pipe simply and safely by rotating the pipe at least at a certain time during cutting the pipe with a rotary edge.

CONSTITUTION: A rod 12 is lowered by operating a handle 15, and a motor 7 and a small-sized motor 18 are driven to rotate a rotary edge 6 and an elastic roller 16. The rod 12 is further lowered, and an arm 9 is pushed by a shaft 19, whereby the rotary edge 6 is moved to the pipe 1 side to start cutting a thin pipe 1. The rod 12 is pushed with the progress of such cutting, so that the roller 16 is moved to the pipe 1 side and brought into contact with the pipe 1. While the thin pipe 1 supported at three points by rollers 2a, 2b, 3a of support tables 2, 3 is rotated by the above contact, the pipe is cut by the rotary cutting edge 6 smoothly.
