Abstract:
PURPOSE: To properly clean a circular plate-like member, and to simplify the adjustment control by mutually independently driving a workpiece rotating first driving means and a workpiece moving second driving means.
CONSTITUTION: A workpiece 20 is moved along support shafts 16, 18 by rotating screw type conveyors 12, 14 by driving of a motor 38. This workpiece 20 is lowered/dropped in a discharge chute from support shafts 16, 19 after cleaning the surface of the workpiece 20 by an abrasive by rotating the workpiece 20 positioned on the support shafts 16, 19 by rotating a pair of support shafts 16, 18 by a separate motor 42 when this workpiece 20 moves along a prescribed passage.
