To enable magnetic substances to circumferentially move without circumferentially moving a magnet for moving the magnetic substances in a pipe inside cleaning device for cleaning the inner wall of a pipe by circumferentially moving the magnetic substances such as magnetic slurry or particles while rubbing the pipe inner wall.

The magnetic substances are provided in the pipe, and multiple electromagnets are disposed generating a magnetic field to attract the magnetic substances to the inner wall of the pipe during electrification. By changing the electromagnet electrified among the multiple electromagnets, the magnetic substances are moved along the inner wall of the pipe. The movement of the magnetic substances cleans the inner wall of the pipe.
