When a 2nd foot part 5322 is abutted on the 2nd stopper member 5112, the main body of the cylinder 530 for pitch conversion is moved to a 1st stopper member 5111 side by receiving the reaction forces of the piston 531 and 2nd stopper member 5112. At this time, the 1st slide member 5251 is slided to the 1st stopper member 5111 side until the 1st foot part 5321 is abutted on the 1st stopper member 511.
