PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flatness correction device capable of flattening warping caused in a metal substrate, while suppressing flawing of the metal substrate, in the present invention.SOLUTION: The present invention is a flatness correction device having a press part and a press table capable of press-working a metal substrate, and the press table has an annular area for allowing the metal substrate to abut on an opposed surface, and the press part has a plurality of projections having a tip part of a hemispherical shape at least in the annular area among the opposed surface side. The press part has preferably a base for implanting the plurality of projections and a mechanism for adjusting a projection height of the plurality of projections. The projection height of the projection in the annular area is preferably enlarged by a height adjustment mechanism. One kind or a plurality of kinds of plate-like spacers inserted between the base and the tip part of the plurality of projections, are preferably provided as the height adjustment mechanism. The plurality of projections preferably exist even on the annular area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
