Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance drainage properties and to prevent the nipping of the fingers by forming a notch recessed part for drainage hooked with the fingers to the central part of at least one side of the plate-shaped member straddling the front and rear wall surfaces opposed to a kitchen sink.
CONSTITUTION: A plate-shaped member 1 contains a drain plate 2 and a chopping board 3 and is placed so as to straddle the opposed front and rear wall surfaces of a kitchen sink A. The parts on the side of the short sides 5, 5 of the drain plate 2 can be placed on the upper rail part R1 of the sink A and, by rotaing the drain plate 2 by 90°, into parts on the side of the long sides 4, 4 thereof can be placed on the lower rail part R2 of the sink A. Further, notch recessed parts 10, 10 for drainage hooked with the fingers are formed to the respective central parts of the long sides 4, 4 of the drain plate 2. When the drain plate 2 is placed on the upper rail part R1, tablewares are smoothly drained by the notch recessed parts 10. In the same way, the notch recessed parts 10, 10 for drainage are provided to the central parts of the long sides of the chopping board 3 and drainage at the time of cooking work is made rapid.
