Abstract:

To apply prescribed points to a user according to service contents corresponding to a trouble when maintenance measures are required due to the generation of any trouble or the like, and to prevent any bad impression from being given to the user.

A customer window terminal 13 fetches information related with the contents of a maintenance service, and transmits it to a point management server 11, and the point management server 11 calculates a point value to be applied according to the contents of the prefetched maintenance service, and updates the stored point value for each customer. Thus, it is possible to promote the sales of merchandise by differentiating it from the others without applying any bad impression to a user even in facilitating countermeasures to any trouble.
