To solve the problem of a conventional polishing tool wherein the polishing tool is mechanically inadequate as a tool for polishing a mold.
A polishing tool is provided with a mandrel 1 and a resin pad 2 bonded to a tip part 1a of the mandrel 1, and abrasive grains 3 are bonded on a surface of the resin pad 2.
