The interior of a portable first aid kit case 1 is diagonally bisected by a partition 2 into a first-aid plaster storage section 4 and a wet tissue storage section 5 and a corrugated pressing plate 3 is provided so that first-aid plasters may be picked out one by one, and a wet tissue discharge opening 6 is provided in the front of the portable first aid kit case 1 and a hook 8 is attached to an opening and closing mouth lid 7 so as to instantly meet a need, and a strap 9 is attached to the rear of the portable first aid kit case 1 so as to make it portable.
