PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing colored thin paper for household use, such as tissue paper or toilet paper, without contaminating white water in a paper-making process.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the colored tissue paper for household use comprises spraying a solution obtained by adding a water-soluble polymer and a fat or fatty oil in 60°C hot water on the surface of a Yankee drier 16 between a No.1 suction pressure roll 18 and a doctor 21 from a flat spray nozzle 19 to form a coating film on the production of the tissue paper. Therein, a dye for developing a target color is added to a solution tank (coating tank), and the colored solution is sprayed from the nozzle 19 through a pipe 23 to make the colored tissue paper for household use. When a method for making the paper is changed to change the tone and concentration of the color, it is thereby not needed to wash a chest, a stock box, a paper machine, and the like, and a loss for replacing water in a white water pit is not caused.
