A radio LAN setting function 2 records a home AP which is registered by a user and is an object of automatic trigger in a home AP storage unit in an AP list storage unit 3. The radio LAN setting function 2 records, in the order of priority, an AP in a plurality of AP lists with a priority level which are registered by a user in the AP list storage unit 3, in a scanned AP storage unit 24 in a radio LAN card 20, and causes the radio LAN card 20 to perform radio LAN communication. An AP that succeeds in connection is recorded as an in-connection AP in the AP list storage unit 3. A suspension trigger process function 10 which is periodically triggered records the in-connection AP in the scanned AP storage unit 24 if it is within an AP area, but records the home AP in the scanned AP storage unit 24 if it is outside the AP area.
