PURPOSE: To provide a portable toilet which is convenient for storage and transport, and which can be used easily without requiring large space or limitation to a place by providing a sewage containing bag and a pot to be inflated by injecting gas for usage, and providing a shielding sheet to be covered on a head or the like to cover lower parts.

CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a sewage containing bag 1, and pot 4, and a shielding sheet 5. The sewage containing bag 1 is of resin film through which liquid or solid are not transmitted, it is expanded and mostly put in the pot 4 except for an upper end part of the bag, and its upper end is folded out of the pot 4 to be fixed. The pot 4 is flat in storage, and air is injected into it to inflate it into the form of the pot 4 for usage. Its material may be a polyethylene, a nylon, rubber, etc. When the shielding sheet 5 is expanded, it is broadened at a lower part, so it is put on a head in usage to cover a person and the pot 4, or it is put on shoulders to cover lower parts and the pot 4 in usage. Its material may be a woven fabric, a polymer material, rubber, etc.
