Receiving the input signal of the input means 1, a control means 3 controls the display means 2 to perform display operation. For the working schedule time, at least one pattern is fixed to input by means of a code name corresponding to this pattern from the input means 1. Thereby the preparing operation of the employee's working schedule table is facilitated and made easy to judge visibly.
