Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position correcting system capable of correcting positional deviation between a three-dimensional coordinate of a work-piece forming a columnar shape and a three-dimensional coordinate of a manipulator highly accurately.SOLUTION: A position correcting system includes an upper camera 15 which takes an image from the upper surface side of a work-piece 11 to acquire a first bottom surface image and a lower camera 16 which takes an image from the lower surface side to acquire a second bottom surface image. Further, based on the first bottom surface image and the second bottom surface image, the position correcting system calculates a deviation amount between X-axis and Y-axis defined by the work-piece 11, and X-axis and Y-axis defined by the manipulator 14, and calculates an inclination angle θ of Z-axis of the manipulator 14 with respect to Z-axis of the work-piece 11. Further, based on the calculation result, correction is performed such that the three-dimensional coordinate of the manipulator 14 coincides with the three-dimensional coordinate of the work-piece 11.
