Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lathe for turbine rotor processing capable of improving processing accuracy and reducing a processing time.SOLUTION: A turbine rotor 50 comprising disk parts 51 on multi-stages is rotated for lathe turning inner peripheral surfaces of annular grooves 52 formed between the adjacent disk parts 51 by a lathe turning tool T, in a lathe 1 for turbine rotor processing. The lathe for turbine rotor processing comprises: a blade attachment plate 12 which passes an opening part 52a of the annular groove 52 and is inserted into the annular groove 52; and a tool revolving member 13 which is supported to a tip end of the blade attachment plate 12 so as to revolve around a revolving shaft O, and revolves the lathe turning tool T between an insertion position Pwhere the lathe turning tool T passes the opening part 52a and can be inserted into the groove 52, and processing positions P, Pwhere the lathe turning tool T can lathe turn an inner wall face of the annular groove 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
