Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detector capable of suppressing the inclination of a rotary shaft with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A position detector comprises: a shaft portion 10 rotatable to be interlocked with rotation of an outer driver; a magnet 11 provided integrally with one end 10a of the shaft portion 10; a substrate 40 mounting thereon a detection element 41 for sensing a magnetic field of the magnet 11; a case 50 that includes a bottomed arrangement portion 50a in which one end 10a of the shaft portion 10 and the substrate 40 are arranged; a protection member 30 into which the other end 10b of the shaft portion 10 is inserted to protrude outward and that is attached to cover the arrangement portion 50a; and a seal member 32 arranged between the case 50 and the protection member 30. A support member 20 pivotally supporting one end 10a of the shaft portion 10 and a bearing 31 rotatably supporting the shaft portion 10 are integrally attached to the protection member 30, the protection member 30 includes a convex portion 30a and a fitting portion 20a for fitting the convex portion 30a into the support member 20, and the convex portion 30a is fitted into the fitting portion 20a.
