Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and precisely execute positioning control.
SOLUTION: A first differential data calculating part 20 calculates first order differential data and second order differential data of position command data. A position command data correcting part 21 calculates position command data after correction based on data of them and a transmission function time element. Then based on position command data after correction, a servo motor 14 is controlled to move a carriage 16 to a position in a desired X axis. A position data storing part 25 stores five past pieces of position command data after correction and real moving position data of the carriage 16. A second differential data calculating part 26 calculates first order differential data and second order differential data based on real moving position data within the part 25. A transmission function time element arithmetic part 22 calculates the transmission function time element based on these data position command data after correction within the part 25 and outputs it to the part 21.
