Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning at the time of assembling by forming a side plate part having an insert hole for inserting a sleeve on the car body side member, and providing a positioning bracket projected from the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve to clamp the side plate part.
SOLUTION: When an anchor arm 6 is inserted in a turned position indicated in a line A, only a stopping projected part 42 of a positioning bracket 40 passes through an insert hole 22, and an insert projected part 43 is brought into contact with a side plate part 12. In such a condition, when the anchor arm 6 is turned to a designated position indicated by a line B, a side plate part 12 is clamped between the insert projected part 43 and the stopping projected part 42 to lock the anchor arm 6 from being displaced in the axial direction of the sleeve 7. That is, the axial displacement is locked by bringing the insert projected part 43 into contact with the outer surface of the side plate part 12 and brining the stopping projected part 42 into contact with the inner surface of the side plate part 42. Lastly, the turning end part of the arm 8 is fastened to the cross member side through an anchor bolt 9 and a nut 17.
