Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an abnormal noise due to contact of a powder storage part and a powder conveying device during the rotation of the powder storage part.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner conveying device 60 that has a powder storage container 32 removably attached thereto, which is rotatably supported by a container cover 34 and includes a powder storage part 33 storing a powder, and conveys a toner in the powder storage part of the powder storage container 32 attached thereto to a developing device by rotating the powder storage part. The toner conveying device 60 includes a container cover receiving part 73 that holds a container cover, a container receiving part 72 that rotatably supports the powder storage part, and an insertion port forming part 71 that has an insertion port 71a formed therein into which the powder storage container is inserted when the powder storage container is attached to the toner conveying device 60; between an inner wall surface 71a1 of the insertion port 71a and a surface 33A of the powder storage part, a flexible member 300 is disposed, which comes into contact with the surface of the powder storage part to be deformed to the inner wall surface side at least during the rotation of the powder storage part.
