Pedal force is input from a driver to the pedals 27A, 27B. The pedal force is transmitted via the transmission mechanism to the wheels 33L, 33R. The rotating shafts 36L, 36R are mounted at the centers of the wheels 33L, 33R, and the pedal force is transmitted from the transmission mechanism thereto. The rotors 45L, 45R are fixed to the wheels 33L, 33R. The stators 48L, 48R are arranged on the rotation center sides of the rotors 45L, 45R for driving the wheels 33L, 33R to be rotated via the rotors 45L, 45R, and have through-holes 48a through which the rotating shafts 36L, 36R pass.
