PURPOSE: To provide the power communication line information monitoring device capable of easily grasping the damaged states of information, etc., due to the disconnection of information signals and noise, and obtaining basic data to set the modulation system and code conversion system based on the analysis results.
CONSTITUTION: An input information recording section 3 receives information transmitted through a pair cable 1b and records it on an input information recording medium 5. An information analysis section 6 reads the information recorded on the input information recording medium 5, and outputs '1' when the frequency range is 1. 1kHz±α indicating '1' and outputs '0' when the frequency range is 1.3kHz±α indicating $0', further outputs 'X' when the frequency range is not within this range. The output of the information analysis section 6 is recorded time sequentially on an output information recording section 7 and displayed on information display sections 8 and 9. By analyzing the recording result of the information recording section 7, the position of generating noises to be mixed in a line 1b can be accurately grasped.
