Abstract:
To provide a power conversion device effective for timely maintenance for a matrix converter circuit.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes: a matrix converter circuit 10 for performing bidirectional power conversion between primary side power and secondary side power; a deterioration level calculation unit 154 for calculating a deterioration level based on a secondary current and a carrier frequency of the matrix converter circuit 10 and difference between a primary side frequency and a secondary side frequency of the matrix converter circuit 10; and an informing unit 158 for reporting that the deterioration level exceeds a prescribed level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
