Abstract:
To provide a power storage device having good sealing performance at an electrode terminal portion while maintaining high performance, an electric machine, an electrode terminal component, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An electrode terminal component 1C used for a power storage device 10C including a power storage cell 2 and an exterior member 3 covering the power storage cell has a plate-shaped metal electrode terminal 1c and a resin heat seal member 1b. The electrode terminal 1c is connected to the power storage cell 2 so as to protrude from the exterior member 3, and the heat seal member 1b is formed so as to surround a predetermined range on the front and back surfaces and both side surfaces of the electrode terminal 1c. A concave-convex structure 5 is formed by a plurality of concave portions 5a and convex portions 5b in a predetermined range on both side surfaces of the electrode terminal 1c. The size of the concave portion 5a and the convex portion 5b in an electrode width direction y is 0.1 mm or more, and the pitch of the concave portion 5a and the convex portion 5b is 0.1 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
