Abstract:
To provide a power supply device, etc. that can accurately detect a timing at which a phase control device transitions from a conductive state to a non-conducting state or from the non-conducting state to the conductive state while suppressing power loss, and does not require a function of determining whether the phase control device adopts a positive phase system or an opposite phase system.SOLUTION: A power supply device 13 is connected to an AC power supply via a phase control device 4 for controlling the phase of the AC power supply 2 to adjust an output power, and includes an impedance reduction circuit 18 for absorbing a leakage voltage of the phase control device 4, and control means 14 for operating the impedance reduction circuit 18 in a state where a first operation mode and a second operation mode are mixed with each other, the first operation mode being set so that the impedance reduction circuit is not operated and the second operation mode being set so that the impedance reduction circuit is operated when the phase control device transitions from the conductive state to the non-conducting state or transitions from the non-conducting state to the conductive state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
