Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a gear-shifting shock, by a method wherein, in a power transmission device having a stepless transmission gear and a differential gear combined together, a one-way clutch which races when driven by an output shaft side, is disposed parallel to a minimum speed clutch or a brake. CONSTITUTION:A gear 4 and a high clutch 8 are installed on an input shaft 2 which is drive-rotated, while the gear 4 being coupled to a low clutch 16 through a gear 14 attached to a hollow shaft 12 engaging with a shaft 10. A one-way clutch 17 is located parallel to the low clutch 16 between the hollow shaft 12 and the shaft 10 so that a driving power can be prevented from transmission from the shaft 10 side to the shaft 12 side. A main pulley 22 is secured to said shaft 10, and the main pulley 22 is coupled to a driven pulley 26 secured to a shaft 24 through a V belt 28 and a stepless transmission gear 30 is formed by making variable, the distance between V-recesses of each of the pulleys 22 and 26. Finally, the shaft 24 is coupled to an output shaft 74 through gears 56 and 58 and a planet gear device 60.
