This power transmission 1 includes: a casing 3; an input shaft 5 into which driving force is input; a first output shaft 7 connected to the input shaft 5; a second output shaft 9 relatively rotatably arranged on the first output shaft 7; a friction clutch 15 disconnecting the first output shaft 7 and the second output shaft 9 and composed of a plurality of outer plates 11 and a plurality of inner plates 13; a control mechanism 17 controlling engagement force of the friction clutch 15; and a third output shaft arranged parallel to the second output shaft 9 and to which driving force is transmitted from the second output shaft 9 through a transmission mechanism 19. The inner plates 13 are directly engaged with the first output shaft 7 in order to be relatively movable in an axial direction and integrally rotatable.
