Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain conversion of a preamplifier into an LSI by amplifying the input voltage and the zero voltage with switching and therefore setting the gain by the capacity ratio of a monolithic capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: A switch circuit 300 switches the input voltage and the zero voltage alternately and delivers them to an amplifier circuit 200. A sampling/ holding circuit 400 holds the output voltage of the circuit 200 when the circuit 300 is switched to the input voltage. Therefore the gain of the circuit 200 can be set by capacitors 201∼207. In this way, conversion of a preamplifier into an LSI is attained.
