Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding jig capable of stably holding an attitude of a preform constantly and to obtain high productivity of a biaxially stretched blow molded bottle.
SOLUTION: A preform holding jig for biaxially stretched blow molding comprises a cylindrical jig body having a pin inserting through hole formed at a center for inserting a stretching pin, and a support circumscribing the cylindrical preform made of synthetic resin with a bottom to be assembled by engaging the port cylindrical part to an engaging limit with an outer periphery of a corner of the port cylindrical part at a distal end of the body so as to engage and draw the port cylindrical part with and from the outer periphery of the corner at a position opposed to the corner position of the port cylindrical part for holding an assembling attitude of the preform.
