Abstract:
To provide the prescribed-number-of-component take-out apparatus out of a plurality of components capable of reliably and smoothly taking out the prescribed numbers of components according to types, such as plate-like components and components having complicated shapes and liable to be entangled, and checking whether or not to finish mounting work at all locations by whether or not to use up the prescribed number of components.SOLUTION: The prescribed-number-of-component take-out apparatus comprises at least: a prescribed-number-of-component take-out machine 1 out of a plurality of components that includes a container body 11 having a supply port 11a for supplying components P and a discharge port 11b for discharging components, a component take-out member 12 rotatably attached to the inside thereof, a take-out box 16 capable of collecting a prescribed number of components P out of the components P discharged from the discharge port 11b, and a motor 18 for driving the component take-out member 13; a storage frame 2 for storing the prescribed-number-of-component take-out machine 1; and a control board 3 for controlling the prescribed-number-of-component take-out machine 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
