Abstract:
To provide an information processing device and program, which make it possible to reduce cases where some controllers are lacking processing capacity while other controllers have excess processing capacity in a configuration with multiple operating systems and multiple controllers, as compared with when a dedicated controller is allocated to each operating system.SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 is provided, comprising: a first CPU 2A configured to operate according to a first operating system 11A; a second CPU 2B configured to operate according to a second operating system 11B and to operate according to the first operating system when the operating system allocation thereto is switched from the second operating system to the first operating system; request means configured to generate a request to switch to the first operating system when a preset waiting time arises in the second CPU; and switching means configured to switch allocation for the second CPU from the second operating system to the first operating system when the first operating system receives the request from the request means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
