Abstract:
To provide a pressurized hot gas cooler that has high heat exchange performance, is compact, and is highly economical.
A flue 2 for passing hot gas into a pressure vessel 1, a heat exchanger is installed in the flue 2, and a partition 3 for dividing the internal cross section of the flue 2 is provided. Thus, a return flow structure is provided where the hot gas introduced from the bottom or top of the pressure vessel 1 returns and flows. A cross section dividing ratio at which the inner cross section of the flue 2 is divided is set so that the flow velocities of the hot gases flowing in the opposite direction are substantially the same.
