Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately convey laminated printed boards one by one to a belt conveyor by sucking and separating without dropping in the steps of manufacturing a VTR, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A bearer 3 for laminating and mounting printed boards is provided on a mainframe 2. A pair of suction pads 16, 16 means for sucking the boards and separating one by one are provided above the bearer 3. The pads 16, 16 are so provided as to be reciprocated to a belt conveyor by a rodless cylinder 10 in a printed board conveyor 1. A linear motor 8 for vertically moving the bearer 3 to the side of the pair of pads 16, 16 is provided in the mainframe of the conveyor 1.
