Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a user has to perform complicated work since it is necessary to add, update or change the image processing parameters of increased second image processors to be connected to a first image processor to the first image processor when the machine types of such second image processors are increased in the state of conventionally storing image processing parameters in the first image processor beforehand.
SOLUTION: An ink jet printer B (second image processor) is equipped with peculiar information including the image processing parameter or the like. Thus, a multifunction machine A (first image processor) acquires the peculiar information and performs image processing on the basis of the image processing parameter contained in the peculiar information so that the machine A can perform image processing for optimal print-out with the ink jet printer B.
