PURPOSE: To enable bonding of a material different to crystallized lass providing yet strong bonding having high heat resistance and fire resistance by applying a bonding agent contg. alkali silicate binder and an inorganic P-contg. setting agent to each bonding surface between crystallized glass and a material to be bonded, interposing then a second layer consisting of a similar bonding material as previously applied bonding agent between each layer coated with the first bonding agent, performing thus bonding of the crystallized glass to the material to be bonded.
CONSTITUTION: First layers 3, 4 of a bonding agent are formed on each bonding surface of crystallized glass 1 and a material 2 to be bonded consisting of a metal or concrete building material. The first bonding agent consists of appropriate amts. of alkali silicate binder (e.g. a liquid material consisting primarily of a compsn. consisting of 19W21wt.% SiO2, 11.5W12.5wt.% Na2O) and an inorganic P-contg. setting agent (e.g. powder body consisting primarily of a compsn. consisting of 42W45wt.% SiO2, 0.3W0.4wt.% Al2O3, 8W12wt.% P2O5, and 15W18wt.% Na2O). Then, the layers 3, 4 are faced oppositely to each other, and a layer 5 consisting of the second material consisting of the same binder contg. an appropriate but more amt. of the same setting agent is interposed between each layer. The crystallized glass is superposed on the material to be bonded, and both are fixed by bonding.
