Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a process for filling depressions on the surface of a rotation cylindrical body surely with liquid under micro pressure and a device for executing the process having simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: In a process and a device for filling depressions on the surface 2 of a rotation cylindrical body 1, a chamber 3 with an interior spaced abuts against the cylindrical body 1. Fluid is supplied and discharged centric to the cross-section so that a rotating fluid roll 25 is formed therein.
