Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an electrostatically binding type polymer micelle medicinal substance carrier comprising a block copolymer having a non-chargeable segment and a chargeable segment, and further to obtain a medicinal preparation prepared by carrying a medicinal substance on this carrier.
CONSTITUTION: This medicine carrier comprises a block copolymer of formula I or II (R1 is H, a hydrocarbon, a functional group, etc.; R2 is NH, CO, etc.; R3 is carboxyl, an amino-substituted hydrocarbon, a nitrogen-containing heterogeneous ring, etc.; R4 is H, a hydrocarbon, etc.; (m) is 4-2500; (n) is 1-300; (x) is 0-300; x<n) having a non-chargeable segment (e.g. polyethylene glycol) and a chargeable segment (e.g. polyamide). A medicinal substance is carried on the obtained electrostatic binding type polymer micelle carrier, and, if necessary, additives are suitably added to the medicinal substance-carrying carrier to prepare the medicinal preparation. The medicinal substance can be carried in vivo to a permissible site, and is useful in the field of drug delivery system for stably manifesting the action effect of a medicinal substance, etc., therein.
