Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing agent supply device capable of enhancing replenishing accuracy by reducing residual liquid in a container.
SOLUTION: An opening projection 76 to break a seal material 58 covering a bottle 46 is formed by coupling four slender and almost triangular notch forming parts 76A in cross shape in order to notch the material 58, and its shape is tapered when it is viewed from a side. The inserted amount L of the projection 76 and the diameter D of a part brought into contact with the material 58 at the time of inserting the projection 76 in the bottle 46 are decided so that the material 58 is cut crosswise when the projection 76 is inserted in the bottle 46 and the end of a notch 83 reaches the opening inner peripheral surface of a neck part 52. Since the notch 83 reaches the opening inner peripheral surface of the neck part 52, the residual liquid is prevented from being retained between the material 58 and the inner surface of the bottle 46. Therefore, the replenishing accuracy of processing solution supplied to a repenishing vessel from a replenishing tank is improved.
