PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables an installation machine to be accurately processed in a location (a site) where the installation machine is installed.SOLUTION: A processing device 100 processes an installation machine 9 and includes: a processing unit 1 including a processing tool 41 and a moving mechanism 12, which moves the processing tool 41 along a processing target surface 91 in the installation machine 9, and configured to get on the installation machine 9 to process the process target surface 91; a three dimensional measurement unit 2 which is provided separately from the processing unit 1 and measures a three dimensional shape of the installation machine 9 from the outside of the installation machine 9; and a control unit 3 which controls the processing unit 1 on the basis of measurement information obtained by the three dimensional measurement unit 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
